I already done the interim report. My parts are strategic options and recommendations, and Risk and Concerns. (YOU ONLY NEED TO WRITE PRESENTATION NOTES AND POWERPOINT BASED ON THSE TWO PARTS)
1.For the Risk and Concerns, you do not need to make any change. Only need to write this part as presentation notes and create two pages powerpoints.
2.For the strategic options and recommendations. This part has a big problem, you have to write a new one, but only need 250 words (presentation note). My tutor already gave me feedback on this part and I will upload it.
something need to change on strategic options: The option needs to be rectified，write two major directions, one direction is polycentric, and the other direction is geocentrism，Because Uniqlo’s problem is caused by its ethonocenocentrism
