Imagine that you are an elite of consultant coming in to offer advice to the owner/manager of that business on how they can improve their performance. Applying your deep understanding of finance, make specific recommendations for this firm.
- You should submit a written report.
- Assume that the owner/manager does not have the same expertise as you, you may need to explain at depth.
- Assume that the owner/manager is skeptical of your recommendations, and will need to be convinced with evidence and persuasiveness.
- Your report should be ‘professional’ and convincing, but, there are no other specific requirements.
- Please feel free to make any reasonable assumptions you need.
- The emphasis of this assignment is on your recommendations/advice, not on your ability to research this specific firm.

- You can use Excel for doing the Forecasting. ( Forecasting: is predicting future values, profits, sales, revenue and such things).
