If you have experience in CAPSIM, I have a project to write a couple of pages of competitor groups analysis.
Instructions, example file, and spreadsheets of what other groups were doing (decisions they were making) will all be uploaded.
Please only do it if u have previous experience in CAPSIM and can understand everything about it.
3 Excel spreadsheets are uploaded for 3 previous rounds (RD1 is round 1 etc…)
Our team is Chester (all products that start with the letter C) so you’ll only be analyzing the other groups.

- Competitor Analysis: Include a summary of the following in your business plan. Include any supporting documentation within your appendices.
A. What is the business-level strategy of every other team in your industry? What evidence (e.g., specific decisions/patterns of decisions from the teams over the first three rounds) does the team see that leads them to the conclusion regarding each team’s business-level strategy? Be specific and provide several pieces of data/examples of decisions that lead you to your conclusions. Describe how each team’s strategy affects the segments/products of your team?
