Developing a Timeline for Meeting the Due Date of a Grant

Each grant has its own timeline of events. These include the date the request for proposals was released, the date the proposal is due, and the actual timeline of tasks you will undertake to complete your grant proposal. For example, suppose you look on Grants.gov for a grant. You might find the request for proposals was released on May 1, 2017 and a proposal is due into the Grants.gov online application system August 1, 2017.

For your initial post to this discussion, create a three-month timeline of tasks to develop ideas, gather data, build partnerships, and write a full proposal, based upon the grant you have chosen for the assignments in this course.
