Week 4: I learned about one of my strengths, and I’m curious about one of yours that I don’t have…
Directions: List your five strengths. In your week 2 post, you wrote about a strength you wanted to find out more about. Gallup Clifton Strengths provides a playlist of videos focused on discussing one theme in depth. Find the theme you were curious about and watch the video associated with it. You are free to choose another theme if you’d like.

After you’ve watched the video, post what you’ve learned about your strength. Are there still questions that you have? Have you noticed this theme more in your everyday life? After you’ve posted your response, find someone that has a different strength from you and comment on their post. In your response to your peer (sub-reply), some of the questions or comments you can ask or make to your peer are: to define their strength, how they use their strength in their everyday life, or how that strength works with the other strengths listed.
*You can use this webinar video as your MRJ text of choice for week 4
Example: I decided to focus my search on another theme that I still have questions about—consistency. Consistency is my third strength, so in a way I feel that it’s the tissue that connects all of my other strengths. I like how in the webinar, the presenters talked about how consistency could also be considered as fairness and that some attributes connected with it were equity and uniformity. Consistency in a nutshell is a strength that motivates me to treat everyone fairly or make sure everyone is treated to the same rules and standards.
