seprate co2 from nitrogen. we’re using size sieving method.

but to use carbon membrane it will cost 1500$+ which we can not afford so we decided to use nitrogen membrane
check the picture I have included, imagine co2 was waste and n2 is a product.
what i need is a bench scale + flow diagram + calculations of a degassing system connected to the co2 that is wasted in the membrane. 3-5 pages showing full details from the point of co2 in waste to the co2 separated in a tank.
so we can capture N2 in a tank and co2 in another tank and other gasses will be in water
