Select either The Case of Maria Elena OR The Case of the Sikh Temple

Choose one of these case studies and use the Ethical Problem Solving Paradigm to recommend a plan of action. Ethical Problem Solving Paradigm: 1. Define the problem, 2. Gather the facts, 3. List Possible Solutions, 4. Analyze the consequences of each alternative, 5. Recommend a Plan of Action.

Devote a short paragraph to each of the 5 steps. Your first paragraph will define and explain the problem you are facing. The second paragraph will briefly summarize the relevant facts. The third paragraph will be a bulleted list of the possible solutions with the consequences of each alternative listed after the solution. The fourth and final paragraph will give a recommendation and reason for that recommendation.
