* Be sure to detail, defend and specifically explain your Value Proposition: what is it
that is unique and differentiates your business from the competition (just saying
“lower price”; “higher quality”; “better customer service”; “promptness”; does not
indicate or confirm uniqueness as most business claim these basic values. Specifically,
how will you be different/unique in a way that draws customers?;
Do build
upon/improve your specific business ideas for those four segments (value proposition;
customer segments/relations/channels) and integrate them into the full nine segment

Length = 10 – 12 pages maximum
– 10 – 12 pages includes Title Page
– 10 – 12 pages includes Reference Page
– Appendix add-ons are separate and do not count as part of the 10-12 pages
-be sure to itemize/explain costs and revenues
