Scoping Processes and Literature Review
The Project should be established on solid project management concepts. The Team will undertake a thorough literature review in support of the inputs, tools and techniques as well as the outputs making use of the PMBOK, 2017. The scoping processes and literature review should address the relevant portion of the project deliverables as indicated in the project management plan deliverables shown below.
Objectives
- To establish the project team assignment deliverables
- To provide a concise statement of the project purpose, objectives, and goals
- To clearly situate the team assignment on solid project management literature (concepts and theories)
- To define the limits of the Team’s activities
