1. You will create a 3-to-5-page report upload to the assignment link on Canvas.
2. The paper is a beginning to end detailed overview of your company strategy and trace the progress of the simulation over the playing rounds (4-rounds). This is where you expose your strategy.
3. The recap should include, but not limited to, how you did against your strategic goals. Describe what happened to your company in terms of:
a. Describe your company and strategy goals
b. Describe the Macro-environment Situation. How did the environmental factors impact your decisions?
c. How did your company perform to your goals?
d. What strategic changes did you make round-to-round based on results versus the computer?
e. If the simulation were to continue, what would you do differently?
f. What was your biggest learning for this assignment in terms of developing a business value proposition and executing the strategy?
4. You will submit a soft copy of your paper by 5/10.5. If you cite outside sources, a reference list is required.
