It is essential students know that their dream home includes interest and a monthly payment over a predetermined period of time. Find a home of your dreams online, at REDFIN.com (Links to an external site.), Zillow.com (Links to an external site.), or elsewhere online and figure out the costs associated with purchase, how much money you need to make to afford that house, what your monthly payment would be at the current interest rates, and what your total costs would be. You will find that many sites offer applications to help you with associated costs to consider.
