You will briefly summarize your PEST analysis in a one-page executive summary, which you will share with the instructor.
You should be focused on developing this summary as if you were writing it to the team deciding on whether to go to the country presented by you. Synthesize the entire paper and communicate your decision to go or not to go to this country for our global expansion.
Final Project Part II: PEST Analysis Report
For Part II of your final project, you will submit a written report of your PEST analysis. This report will synthesize the information gathered for the milestones to support an in-depth PEST analysis of how the country’s geographic, political, economic, socio-cultural, and technological environment affect its business practices, and evaluate its viability for expanding a business in that country.
