Go to the following links and review the advertisements. The commercials below have been rated ineffective. Choose 1 of the ads below and evaluate whether or not the commercial, in your opinion, is indeed ineffective. When formulating your decision, consider how the ad effectively measures up to the characteristics of an effective technical document based on your reading of Chapter 1. In addition, determine if the advertisement abides by the Principles of Ethical Communication or contains unethical techniques as outlined in Chapter 2. Finally, discuss how the ad meets the needs of the intended audience based on elements presented from Chapter 5.
What three modifications might be made to the advertisement to improve it based on your analysis of the ad’s strengths or weaknesses (yes, even if you found the ad to be effective, you must still identify three ways to improve the ad further)?
