First, research different Philosophies of Education, think about teachers you have had who may have inspired you, and what beliefs you hold about education and teaching young children.
Then, research current perceptions of the Early Childhood profession. Do you agree? What are the roles and expectations of someone in the field?
Summarize this information and then develop your own Philosophy of Education. Be specific and think about ideas you would apply to your own classroom.
