The assigned reading for this week is a book length treatment of IP. I do not expect you to read the entire book . Though it is engagingly written. Do read the first few chapters covering the theoretical issues concerning IP. Much of this will be familiar territory after last week’s SEP article.
Seminar papers should be around 2 pages double spaced. This week’s assignment is a bit more open ended, you are free to pick and choose interesting lines of argument from Boyle, but do make the effort to explain these clearly.
