I thought that this podcast was truly relatable in its discussion about non-profit organizations because this is something that speaks to me and my passion project. I founded a charity organization in my freshman year of high school and I definitely agree that the most challenging part for me was getting funding and having a proper structure to get it up and running for the long run. Another challenge we ran into was keeping the organizational structure of things as they expanded and this experience for me is also very relevant to the challenges we run into with our client as well. We are lucky that our clients like all of our proposals, but we definitely have to answer a lot of questions from our clients, particularly on the actual implementation of them. From this podcast, I learned that it is necessary to set clear expectations for both parties so that when it comes to implementation, the client’s expectations would be realistic and our deliverable would also meet the client’s goals. I definitely agree with the podcast that it is the consultant’s responsibility to emphasize the values of their deliverables so that even when there are questions involved, the clients won’t have to question the benefits of the ideas that the consultant brings to the table.there is the student’s reply
