Learning Activity #1: Identifying Stakeholders
After watching the video on the F-35, researching the history of the program, and finishing the class readings for the week, provide the definition of a stakeholder and how this differs from a stockholder. In the F-35 describe some of the stakeholders involved, explaining why these are stakeholders and their role/impact on the program. Be sure to use both the resources from the class and your own research, as all stakeholders are not provided from the in-class material. Cite all research in APA format, being sure to include references.
Initial Posts are due by midnight Saturday, and everyone should respond to at least two posts by classmates by midnight Tuesday.
Learning Activity #2: Stakeholder Expectations and Project Implementation
Using the F-35 and LA #1 responses as a starting point, explain the importance of Stakeholder Expectations and the Project Implementation Plan. Why are each of these processes important? Regarding Project Implementation, what are some of the steps necessary to create the Implementation Plan and why are they necessary?
