Change management is critical to the success of a project. Why is it important to effectively manage project stakeholders through the change management process? Identify areas in the change management process where you think stakeholder management could make or break the change management process. Be sure to support your responses with the readings and media from the week. Once complete, comment on the findings of at least 2 other classmates.
Learning Activity #2: Pulling It All Together
Through the course of this class, you have managed to develop and compile a project plan. Looking back over the work you have completed over the semester, and in your own words, describe why each of the parts of the project plan you have created would be important to the success of the project. Now that we have brought it all together, does it make sense why project managers use this methodology? Why or why not? If you think a project could be successful without any part of the project plan, identify that part and explain.
