Instructions: Using the supplemental materials and online resources, select ONE of the lab topics we covered in BIOL 613 (excluding renal physiology) and research, organize, and write a scientific review article on the current state of knowledge related to that lab topic.
This is an opportunity to deep dive into one of the lab topics that piqued your interest this semester and present a succinct (no more than 5 written pages) but comprehensive review of that topic for a general audience. Figures and tables are not required but many review articles provide them to effectively communicate or synthesize information using simple visualizations.
Keep in mind that the quality of writing is still important, so avoid highly repetitive language and make sure that connecting sentences and segue words are used.
