Bioinformatics project about Modelling of the Progesterone Receptor & Model Validation

am writing a 4500 word research project for my final year of uni with the project description of

Previous research in the Bakker group has generated an interactome model of the oestrogen receptor (ER) network that was validated by microarray data for cells treated with an ER agonist and ER antagonist. This model demonstrated poor predictive capacity, which is to be expected of an uncurated model that has not had its interactions manually verified. This project will generate a computational model of the progesterone receptor using the updated STRING database, and validate its predictions using microarray data from progesterone [PR agonist] and RU486 [PR antagonist] treated cancer cells, to see if the lack of predictive capacity carries through and is consistent with previous work, or if the outcome is specific for particular proteins only. This in silico project will involve accessing bioinformatics resources and developing computational models, along with validating model predictions using microarray data.

I have done all the work and all the gathering of the information that are neede and what is left is to write the dissertation analysis and look for reffrence to support the info

I have also recorded all the meeting with the professor with all what we have done.

that’s the research paper that was written by the same professor and he told me to use it as a template i will send it later with the viedos

If you can finish it before next Thursday at 9 pm so I can send it to him so he can review it and give me a feedback after two days and I will give you the feedback as well so you can change what he asked me to change.

The video contains why have done and I’m going to insert them as well and then Google Drive link

and i want a prasentation of the same project that is ude to 25th of the oral presentation wich is a 7 slides presentation. 10 minits talk
