Last unit we discussed one leadership style known as coaching leadership. Leaders can adopt a wide variety of leadership styles and may even utilize strategies from a couple of different leadership styles in order to find their best fit. As a leader, you will benefit from adopting a deliberate leadership style that fits with your personality as well as with the needs of your company, organization, or even family.
Review the following article on common leadership styles. After reviewing the article, address the following questions:
- Which type of leader do you inspire to be like (choose 1 of the 8 leadership styles discussed in the article)? Why?
