Mass Media and Politics
There is a lot of rhetoric about the role of the media in politics especially today, after the 2016 Presidential election.
Research the role the media plays in politics by focusing on the 2016 elections. Create a thesis/argument about the role that you think media played in the 2016 election. You may be as narrow or as broad as you wish and focus on all forms of mass media or just one (Facebook, for example). You could also choose to focus on a particular demographic in relation to the media and politics. The exact focus of your research is up to you.
To write a paper that will effectively prove your thesis, be sure to provide evidence (facts, statistics, etc.) and analyze that evidence to explain how it proves your point.
You can present your research findings in the form of an essay, powerpoint, Powtoon or video.
