  1. Ethics of Sports: 250 words minimum for the post addressing the questions:

The “history” of major league baseball’s great heroes and performers became tainted due to the significant drug use among modern players. One example is the famed “500 Home Run Club”—listing players who, during their careers, hit 500 or more home runs. In 1996, Eddie Murray became just the 15th player to join the club which dated back almost 100 years. However, between 1998 and 2009, ten more players joined the club and six of those ten had documented ties to performance-enhancing drugs. How can Major League Baseball exercise ethical leadership to address the situation? Specify types of leadership that the Commissioner of MLB should have considered and why?

2.Ethic of Sports: 7-10 sentences:500

A:Who should be held ethically responsible for an athlete mistakenly taking a performance-enhancing drug and why? Doctors? Trainers? Players?

B:What are the ethical arguments why a player who took performance-enhancing drugs should get into the Hall of Fame of his sport?

3.Corporate Finance: 600 words that really dive into the topic written entirely in your own words:

1. How does collateral affect the interest rate on a bond? How does subordination affect the interest rate on a bond too? What else might affect the interest rate on a bond?

2. What is the relationship between interest rate level and bond price? Why must this relationship be true? How has the current rate environment impacted the prices of bonds?

3. What are some factors to consider in evaluating a company’s ability to make payments on outstanding debt? Please explain the factors rather than just providing a list.
