In this paper you will be required to develop a training program proposal using any learning process that we have discussed throughout the course of the semester. While you are free to choose the process that you would like to utilize and the behavior you would like to train your subject on, you will be required to provide evidence from the empirical literature to back up your proposal. Specific details and instructions will be provided as the training program proposal gets closer in the semester. For this course, we use a book Introduction my institution uses a book Introduction to Learning and Behavior by Russell A Powell, R, Lynne Honey, Diane G Symbaluk.Please see attached file it has all criteria for the paper.
