Criterion 1: EHR selection
● Describes two or more examples of electronic health records (EHR) used in healthcare facilities
● Includes a list of the pros and cons for each EHR discussed and provides analysis of each system in regards to both of the following: ease of use of the system and clinical functions the systems provide such as CPOE, implementation and training
Criterion 2: EHR technologies
● Provides a comprehensive assessment of at least 5 of the technologies a facility would need in order to implement electronic health records.
Criterion 3: SDLC
● Includes an overview of how a facility should implement EHR’s including the definition and process of a SDLC from beginning to end.
Criterion 4: SDLC Phases
● Provides at least 2 examples for all the phases of the system development life cycle.
Criterion 5: Writing
● No more than 2 errors in Criterion 5: Writing writing, mechanics, or APA style and citation
