  2. Determine which items would and would not be considered discriminatory. Space is provided on the document for you to make your own notes in preparation for your discussion post.
  3. Using the Application for Employment worksheet, place a checkmark in the appropriate column (i.e., “Not Discriminatory to Ask” or “Discriminatory to Ask”) next to the Subject of Inquiry. In the “Reasoning” box, post 2-3 sentences indicating why/why not the subject of inquiry is illegal and noting the law that would govern this aspect. You can also propose another way to ask this question that would make it legal.
