Qualitative and Quantitative Survey Instrument:
Students have been introduced to qualitative / quantitative surveys through their course readings for this module.
In this assignment, students will create a survey instrument with at least 5 qualitative questions and 5 quantitative questions as related to their special topic/special population. Using critical thinking, students will develop instruments containing at least 5 qualitative questions and at least 5 quantitative questions. Students will demonstrate the ability to create clear, well-crafted questions that add to the understanding of their special topic/special population. These questions should also be incorporated into the their final summary and recommendation paper for this course. The surveys should be incorporated into one document, please provide an APA 7 style cover page with this assignment.
