AU Houston food Banks and How COVID 19 Affected Them Presentation

You will do research on and design a presentation that will highlight your knowledge of the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic on the non-profit/social services sector. **You should plan to get information for your project from legitimate sources, which can be books, journal articles, legitimate websites (note that Wikipedia is not a legitimate academic website), and governmental sources.  In other words, you will not be successful on this assignment if you don’t do your own research–it is required. The content of the presentation should reflect a level of understanding and critical thought befitting a senior-level class.  A reference page (slide) is required.

1. You should focus on a cause or sector, NOT a specific organization. Some examples include:
   1. Children’s and Family Services
   2. Food Banks, Food Pantries and Food Distribution
   3. Services for the Homeless
   4. Services for Veterans
   5. Services for those suffering from Domestic Violence
2. Your presentation should address how the cause/sector you have chosen has been impacted by COVID-19. You must use and cite several legitimate sources (e.g., books, journal articles and legitimate websites). You can visit different organizational websites that work in that sector.
