AU Cooperation Between WAG & JUNKPRO Industry & SWOT Analysis Presentation

Here is the guideline for the presentation, please make sure to include all the points we need to put in the PowerPoint.

1. Industry analysis: no more than one slide; focus on the parts that are relevant to your recommendations
2. SWOT analysis: no more than one slide; focus on the parts that are relevant to your recommendations
3. Recommendations (feel free to switch the order of the following components based on your own preferences)
   • Present the question you are going to solve: one slide
   • Summary of recommendations: 1-2 slides
   • Present your method, what data you have collected, and the source of data: n slides (n=your own choice)
   • Present what analyses you have conducted and the findings of your analyses: n slides
   • Discuss the benefits and potential risks of your recommendations: 1-2 slides
4. Repeat 3 for if you have more than one question to solve (feel free to combine 3 and 4 if your recommendation integrates the two questions)
