- Drugs programs (consider the history of how such programs developed, program effectiveness, etc. You can approach this from a broad spectrum or narrow it down to a local jurisdiction or two. Keep your paper focused on the police/community relationship aspect of the response to drug-related issues.)
- Police Explorer Programs (history, effectiveness, etc. Have they helped improve relations between police and young people in the community? How do they help prepare the next generation of police recruits?)
Your paper will be written on a Word document consisting of 3-5 pages using the following format:

- 12 pt. Times New Roman font
- Double spaced
