After you have watched the video titled “What is Peer-Reviewed Research?” respond to the following questions:

1. In 2 – 3 sentences (max), define “peer-reviewed research” and identify where we can locate peer-reviewed articles.
2. In 1 – 2 sentences (max), describe what sources are not considered peer-reviewed research.
3. In 2 – 2 sentences (max), describe the differences in quantitative and qualitative research.
4. In 1 -2 sentences (max), describe a primary empirical research article.
5. In 1- 3 sentences (max), describe an analytical research article (make sure to include a statement about the two different types of analytical research articles).
6. In 1 -2 sentences (max), describe a practitioner-oriented article.  
7. In 2 – 3 sentences (max), describe why you think each of the three types of peer-reviewed articles (empirical research, analytical research, practitioner-oriented) is useful for teachers.
