Week 7 Assignment: Organizational Reflection/Influencing Cultural Change
After reviewing the Discussions this week, think back to the organization you chose in Week 1 and reflect upon the following: Does one person influence cultural change within the company, or does it take a committed group of individuals to promote transformation? How does the individual(s) promote positive cultural and social change? Can cultural change begin at any level, or at any time in the organization, or is it first necessary to achieve buy-in from key stakeholders?
Adhere to APA formatting.
Please have at least ONE in-text citation per paragraph and add an abstract.
REMINDER: Please remember you will want to ensure the complete support of your paper’s position(s). This means providing in-text citations throughout your paper. A good rule of thumb is one citation per paragraph, for each paragraph of your paper.
