Some of the solutions may entail contracting with third parties to provide the appropriate services needed for the solution implementation. Be aware that third parties can be internal business units, which is common in a shared services environment. However, for this task, assume that the third parties are companies external to the organization. Explain how IT strategy and management principles help to compare the risks and benefits of two enterprise technology contracts from different providers for the same services. Provide a comparison of two IT service contracts. Choose two contracts from the GSA Networx Enterprise (Links to an external site.) website to use in your comparison. Provide the links to the two service contracts you compared, and explain the major differences between them. Evaluate the contracts with regard to enterprise operations, and explain why you would choose one contract over the other for your own organization. You may use a table to show a comparison of the services.
