I’m studying for my Management class and need an explanation.

From your own work experience, describe a detailed example in which there is inefficiency or disconnects between parts of the business or the organization. Explain what the problem is and why it is inefficient, problematic, or otherwise troublesome to that department or area. Use a graphical aid such as a flow chart or other representation of the problem to help demonstrate the issue. Then explain why this problem creates a larger issue within the organization. Hypothesize a solution that could possibly address the problem for the organization.
