In Chapter 14, I understood that customers’ satisfaction measures collaboration and delivery of requirements and reactions to excellence. It can be achieved only where the customer has good overall contact with the provider. Customer satisfaction is a crucial driver and fundamental differentiator of business strategy in today’s competitive business industry. The more satisfaction is thus the customer; the more business and customer relations are essential. (Kim, 2017) Customer satisfaction is an element of customer experience that reveals customer expectations about the behavior of a supplier. The efficiency of management and the timeliness of services will also depend on that. This satisfaction could relate to different company factors, such as marketing, product production, engineering, product quality and service, customer response to questions and concerns, project completion, after delivery services, complaint management, etc. (Iacobucci, 2018)

From Chapter 15, we get that market research is a series of procedures used to collect information and better understand the target market. Enterprises utilize this data to develop better goods, improve the user experience and develop a marketing plan that attracts quality leads and increases convertibility rates. Market research tools are crucial for business owners and their staff, whether they run a small or large company. These tools enable companies to monitor their customers’ reactions to their products, measure the impact of their marketing decisions, and develop an open communication loop with their customers. This essential information enables them to inform their enterprises, for example, by launching or removing items and by investing most time and money in what marketing initiatives. (Freeling, 2017)

A person’s buying decisions can affect several factors like personal, social, and economic aspects that significantly influence customers’ purchasing decisions. Often these are considered key factors. Financial issues often affect buying decisions because a person must purchase a product for how much money. In addition, a buying decision is influenced by personal traits like age and sex, which may not be suitable for a guy. For affecting the purchasing decisions, quality is a crucial aspect. In premium products, this is often the case. The perception and conviction that designer products are high-quality guarantees that the purchase influences many. Interpersonal considerations also influence purchasing choices. As far as the quality of a product is concerned, it usually depends on the buying plan. For example, a person who notices that he needs an item as a matter of urgency is less likely than others to incorporate quality in his purchase decision. But someone who has the time and plans to purchase an item for months will be more likely to check the quality before making a purchasing decision. (Iacobucci, 2018)

Furthermore, other issues such as the environmental effects would affect the purchase decisions as well. For example, people can be enticed into shopping because they like a buddy who uses a specific product. Another instance is that a person who has a wrong perception of how they appear or dress can search for and buy things to improve their feelings. (Kim, 2017)

One of the essential items in information about students’ tastes is creating a joint menu on the pizza, notably on the toppings. A short questionnaire should therefore be prepared or a more informal way to obtain this information. Once this has been established, primary categories can be utilized to identify the most lucrative pizzas. The question of meat versus vegetarianism is remarkable as it is a significant characteristic. The conjoint should provide the students with aspects that affect their buying decisions to understand their spending patterns. Of course, it’s difficult; I have to find out what my customers want, but I sure can’t have everything at a low price. I would make a joint study and evaluate what pizzas, toppings, and crust kinds are of most significant importance to the pupils. I would grade my customers from the highest to lowest, with the highest 15 combinations and the best 8. I can’t make everyone happy, but in this way, I can talk to most consumers (Freeling, 2017)
