I’m working on a writing discussion question and need an explanation to help me study.
Watch the speech and post comments applying the Leggett reading (and corresponding lecture). Make sure you comment on the use of ethos / pathos / and logos. Also, talk about at least three of the four parts of Aristotle’s Model of Communication (Invention, Arrangement, Style, Delivery). Discuss ethos / pathos and logos under “Invention.” You are required to discuss Invention (and correspondingly, ethos, pathos and logos). For the remaining three areas (arrangement, style, delivery) pick two, and comment using specific examples and references to Dr. King’s speech. So this post should be three paragraphs long, one paragraph for each area of analysis. Link to the video below.
