Introducing “The power of Listening” video by William Ury, I learned by watching this is their are three important reasons why to listening to conflict. 1 is understanding the other side to one other , 2 helps us connect to the human being , trust, and 3 makes it more likely get to yes. I found it interesting towards all these three build up human relationships William Ury said. I believe it is true, because both people who become good friends and then to couples can become closer to one other by listening and knowing how one feels. Lastly I don’t have no questions about this video because William Ury provide good explanations on listening. What got my attention personally when William Ury, said “some people take listening for grated” and that has come to a moment in my life to where I was talking and the other person was doing his own thing on his phone. But , I’m glad I viewed this video.
