Use the actual case study from the text and at least two other sources (the company’s website and/or annual report should be one of them). 1. Introduction with thesis statement that provides a brief history, overview etc. of the company and describes its general strategic approach
2. Briefly identify and analyze Chipotle’s strategy using Porter’s Competitive Advantage strategy model (from Chapter 5)
3. Conduct a strategic group map of Chipotle Mexican Grill and two or three of its competitors. Analyze its positioning versus these rivals – is its positioning such that it can sustain an advantage? Why or why not?
