This week, let’s explore some international organizations that offer relief for vulnerable communities, worldwide. InterAction is an organization that works with several member organizations to help them be their best selves and stay accountable. Check out their website (linked below) and select any member organization from their directory that appeals to you and then head to that organization’s website.
For your discussion, investigate and write about that organization. Some things you can include (but are not limited to): how this organization responds to disasters, what countries does it work with, what relief efforts does it engage in, what services do they provide and how? In what international countries does that organization work with right now? Write (and reply) anything you find pertinent and interesting about your (and/or your classmate’s) selected organization!
