3) Teaser Exercise
American Patriot is a public oil exploration company looking to raise $5 million. They have provided BLC information to create a Teaser to go out to potential investors. Please create a Teaser based on American Patriot’s Investor Presentation and public information (website, filings, etc).
We have attached a sample Teaser (“BLC Hospitality Management Teaser”) to use as both the template and reference for this exercise. You can expand on current topics of “Overview”, “Location” etc, paying close attention to all of the individual assets. Please follow the same word format and keep within 1-2 pages.

4) PPT Exercise
Navitas is an oil & gas company that provided BLC an initial short presentation to use for our investors. However, the powerpoint document needs work (format and content). Create a new presentation for Navitas mirroring the format and looks of our Black Legend Capital PDF template (“BLC Deck Template”) as a guideline, but using the content in Navitas presentation and any additional research you might do. Make sure you use the Navitas logo attached and replace the Black Legend Capital Logo on the upper right hand corner in the body pages of the powerpoint.
