Identify  one or more assessment techniques you use in your every day life. (a) Choose a particular aspect of your life, such as your method for assessing a date, potential marriage partner, employee, boss, friend, hair stylist, physician, dentist, your child’s behavior, etc. (b) What are some of the characteristics you are measuring? (identify at least 5)  (c) How do you tend to measure or rate them in everyday life? (d) Now, referring to concepts from your readings this week and last week, what steps would you need to take in order to develop a reliable and valid measure of the characteristic? Notice there are four parts to this question. You must address all of them but keep it simple. Only address the questions being asked in at least 100 and no more than 200 words.
