- Find an open virtual meeting to attend – AA, Al-Anon, Al-a-Teen, Narcotic’s Anonymous, Overeater’s Anonymous…..any of these types of supportive meeting
- After the meeting, reflect on your thoughts. Compare and contrast prior ideas and what you thought the meeting would be like to how it was.
- Answer each of the following questions:
