What non-financial goals do they measure?

Review the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/?menu=1300 )

You can NOT select Starbucks, Unilever, or Patagonia for your multinational companies. 

Select two (2) multinational companies which you believe have a positive CSR / Sustainability reputation and publish an annual CSR/Sustainability report. Explain what they have done to “earn” this positive reputation. Discuss the types of triple bottom line goals they set and how they have performed against these goals.

Explain what they have done to “earn” this negative reputation. Discuss the types of triple bottom line goals they set and how they have performed against these goals.   

Now Image this scenario: it is 2022 (and the pandemic is over), you have just graduated from Florida Tech. Your career dream is to start your own global company with the philosophy of “doing well (financially) by doing good (for mankind)”. There are many challenges affecting the world (climate, poverty, economic equality, war, etc..). Discuss the following:

the type of company you will start

the UN Sustainable Development Goal(s) will you address      

how you will measure your performance

how will you market your product/service to your customers

how you will compete against companies only pursuing profit goals
