- Then, discuss emotional intelligence using the article and your assigned readings. Build your response around the following:
- Explain emotional intelligence in your own words, using examples from real life.
- Using examples from the real world, explain why emotional intelligence is important in our personal and professional lives.
- Describe some ways that one can enhance his or her emotional intelligence. Do you think some people are born with good EI abilities, or can EI can be taught? Explain the reasons for your choices.
