You are required to build on the approved proposal (Task 2) and analyse the value chain management practices based on a selected case study chain. Write a report outlining your findings and support your arguments using literature. The report should include the following sections:

- Executive Summary – Concise summary of the entire case study, main findings and recommendations
- Introduction – A brief outline of the firm/industry, its structure, operations and its competitive environment; main commodity/product(s) or service(s) for which the value chain analysis is done; purpose or objectives of the analysis
- Value chain Analysis – A short description of research method(s), target market(s) and consumers, mapping the current state of the chain; provide specific examples and/or evidences and analyse the critical dimensions of value chain management of the firm/industry. Support your arguments using literature and the discussion of a desired future state of the chain.
- Conclusion: What can you conclude from the current practices and analysis of the chain?
- Recommendations – Discuss the potential improvement opportunities.
