In this course, you will be creating a Network Implementation Plan for a company of your choice.
The assignments each week will build upon the work and knowledge from the previous weeks. You will create 1 document that contains all of the weekly assignments in separate sections, culminating with the final submission, which will be a final version of a Network Implementation Plan. You are responsible for adding each of these ongoing Individual Project assignments to your final Network Implementation Plan for the organization that you have chosen.
Part 1
Create a shell for your Key Assignment. As you begin to craft a Network Implementation Plan for your organization, your first assignment is to create the shell. Please use Word for this assignment. The following is the outline you should follow:
- Title Page
- Course number and name
- Project name
- Your name
- Date
- Table of Contents
- Use an auto generated TOC.
- This should be on a separate page.
- This should be a maximum of 3 levels deep.
- Be sure to update the fields of the TOC so that it is up-to-date before submitting your project.
- Section Headings (create each heading on a new page with “TBD” as content, except for Section 1)
- Section 1: Implementing IPv6
- Section 2: Network Infrastructure Design
- Section 3: Linux Networking
- Section 4: Analyzing Network Traffic
- Section 5: Network Security
Part 2
Submit a draft of Section 1 of the Network Infrastructure Implementation Plan. Section 1 should contain the following:
- Section 1: Implementing IPv6
- Describe the organization of your choosing, for which you will implement a network implementation plan.
- Provide the steps to configure Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) on a Juniper router; provide actual router commands.
- Define the routing protocols used for IPv6.
