addressing the need for employers to see how effective it is to assign employees just with their job responsibilities which they have been employed for.

In recent times, I have realized that employers flood most of their employee with different tasks that is sometimes not relevant to their job responsibilities in respective of the position they have been employed for. In the long run, this is not always effective for most employees as they are been deviated from their actual job responsibilities and they end up getting the blame for not performing their jobs well. I will be addressing the need for employers to see how effective it is to assign employees just with their job responsibilities which they have been employed for.

(This was the intro I gave my tutor)

Assignment and Requirement.

  • Do secondary research on your topic (and primary research if possible). You should have at least two outside sources. Once you have completed your research, write your proposal, using the guidelines in Chapter 18.
  • Read the sample proposal in the chapter on pages 488-498. Use a cover page, memo, table of contents, abstract, introduction, discussion (with headers), product description (if needed), conclusion/recommendation, and glossary (if needed). Use APA documentation format. You MUST use both in-text citations and a References page for the sources you use in your proposal.
  • You should include at least two illustrations, chart, table, etc…
  • Create a Power Point. Do NOT copy and paste your proposal into your power point. Power points are to highlight and used as supplements for presentations, not a copy and paste of your proposal.
  • Use at least eight slides (no more than 10) for your proposal.
