This assignment has two different sections, a presentation and a recovery management plan.

Part One: Addiction Case Study Presentation

Read the Addiction Case Study Presentation and Recovery Management Plan document for assignment directions and create a 12-slide presentation using the provided presentation template. Note: The template is a basic template to identify content areas. You are encouraged to enhance the template using a new background, images, and other creative options. You will be graded on presentation layout to include visual presentation.

Part Two: Recovery Management Plan

Recovery Management Plans can be useful tools for clients to refer to throughout counseling and once counseling episodes have been completed. Complete the Recovery Management plan by developing a plan for Jed. Use third person (i.e., Jed will or the client will) and assume that the two of you have formulated the plan together. Information presented in the PowerPoint can be used.
