This is a add 500 words to a e portfolio task.
We based on the comments,
“Thanks for sending. You are getting much closer. Outside of having someone proofread the text the biggest hurdle is for you to link the artifacts to your reflective writing. The writing itself is in good enough shape but you need to explain to the reader how the artifact fits with what you wrote for each of the competencies.
For example, you wrote “Being a leader myself, I take issues to deal with non-ethical behavior very seriously since they interfere with the nation’s principles.” Does that statement relate to the ethics reflection – if so, how? Make that connection apparent to the reader.
Happy to look at a draft of something if you send it my way.”
Our job is to add the reflection to each part, not just the part prof mentioned.
So basically means, we add total of 500 words to each sections, to give connections of what we learned, and what we did, a reflection based.
