Adam is an elderly, illiterate farmer, inexperienced in business. Bill is an experienced speculator in real estate who knows that a developer wants to purchase Adam’s land at a price considerably above market price. Adam signs a contract to sell his land to Bill at the previous market price and Bill persuades Adam not to seek outside advice. If Adam refuses to perform on the contract, will Bill prevail?
